When reporting an issue, please include your macOS version, HearthMate version, Mac model or processor, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords, session tokens, full log files, or screenshots containing private information.
Quick help
- Hearthstone Logs: HearthMate reads the standard Logs folder with read-only access. For a non-default Hearthstone installation, choose the Hearthstone or Logs folder when prompted.
- Read-only process data: No screen permission is required. Keep HearthMate running; it automatically reconnects after Hearthstone restarts.
- Arena recognition: Enter an Arena hero or card-pick screen. The Hearthstone window may be covered while the overlay remains active.
- Account access: Arena drafting works without signing in. Account login is optional.

- 炉石日志：HearthMate 仅以只读方式访问标准 Logs 文件夹。若炉石安装在其他位置，请按提示选择 Hearthstone 或 Logs 文件夹。
- 只读进程数据：无需屏幕权限。保持 HearthMate 运行；炉石重启后会自动重新连接。
- 竞技场识别：进入竞技场英雄或卡牌选择界面即可；炉石窗口被遮挡时悬浮窗仍可工作。
- 账户访问：竞技场选牌无需登录，账户登录属于可选功能。
